Hi Mark,
Thanks for you link. I wish i could attend this seminar. I'm actually working at DHL supplying British American Tobacco Australia products throughout Australia. Therefore i'm finding this issue to be quite interesting. A couple of ladies have started smoking whilst working there. Could this be due to them looking at cartons of cigarettes with fancy labelling and packaging? Has it drawn them in? Would they have started if they were seeing brown packaging with a black label? Who knows, but the packaging is not inviting me in thats for sure! so the question is, is it really the packaging or the persons will to or not to smoke? What are your thoughts?
