Your vehicle finance statement is attached to this email. To open your statement simply double-click on the attachment and enter your 13-digit identity number or business registration number.
You will need Adobe Reader version 8 or a later version to open your statement. If you have not downloaded Adobe Reader yet, you can download it here1 or directly from the Adobe website.
If your email address has changed or if you need assistance, please call us on 0860 879 900 between 08:00 and 16:30, Monday to Friday, and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.
We will email your statement in accordance with your chosen statement cycle (e.g. monthly). If we encounter a problem delivering your statement, we will continue trying for up to 24 hours. Thereafter the email will be deemed 'undeliverable'.
If your statement is undelivered, you will receive an SMS requesting you to confirm your email details. If your statement remains undelivered for three consecutive cycles, we will stop emailing your statements. To resume the service simply call us on 0860 879 900 and ensure that your email address is up to date.
